1. Who we are

The Property Prequel Toolkit (the “Toolkit”) is sold and operated by Property Development Insite. Support: support@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing access to the Toolkit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Toolkit.

3. The product

The Toolkit is a paid digital product: five interactive worksheets, a personal readiness score, a 4-week exploration plan and a downloadable PDF report. Purchase grants lifetime access for the account that paid, for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Price, payment and tax

The price is A$17 (AUD), one-off. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Stripe calculates and collects any applicable sales tax/GST/VAT at checkout based on your location.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If you believe the product is faulty or not as described, email support@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com from the email address you purchased with and we'll work it out with you.

6. Account & access

You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your email address current. Sharing access, redistributing, reselling, scraping, or reverse-engineering the Toolkit is prohibited.

7. Educational purpose only

The Toolkit is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax or professional property-development advice. Always seek your own qualified advice before acting.

8. No warranties

The Toolkit is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Development Insite and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill arising from your use of the Toolkit. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
