1. Who we are

Property Development Insite operates the Property Prequel Toolkit (the “Toolkit”). Contact: support@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name (optional), email address, and authentication identifiers.
• Worksheet data: the answers, scores and reflections you enter into the Toolkit, plus a resume token so you can come back to your work.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive transaction metadata (amount, currency, status, last four digits, country) but never your full card details.
• Generated artefacts: your personalised PDF report, stored privately in our cloud storage and accessible only via signed links.
• Operational logs: minimal request and error logs for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the Toolkit you paid for and the PDF report.
• To restore your saved progress when you return.
• To process payments and fraud prevention via Stripe.
• To send essential service emails (confirmation, password reset).
• If you opt in, to send occasional updates about the Property Prequel Roadmap. You can opt out at any time.

4. Processors we use

• Stripe — payments and tax calculation.
• Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) — authentication, database and file storage.
• Google — only if you sign in with Google.

5. Retention

Worksheet data and PDFs are retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after, then deleted. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@thepropertyprequelroadmap.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we do our best.

8. Children

The Toolkit is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We will notify material changes by email or in-product notice.
